Frequently Asked Questions
Does this garment rack require tools for assembly?
No, the unit is designed for easy assembly without the need for any tools. The heavy-duty alloy steel components are engineered to connect quickly for immediate use.
What is the maximum weight capacity when the rack is in motion?
The weight capacity drops to 200 pounds when the rack is being moved due to the stability limits of the four industrial wheels. When stationary, it can support up to 400 pounds.
Are the shelves fixed or adjustable in height?
Both the top and bottom shelves feature adjustable-height mechanisms, allowing you to customize the vertical space. Each shelf measures 14 inches long by 36 inches wide regardless of its position.
Do the wheels lock in place to prevent rolling?
Yes, the four industrial casters include two locking wheels to secure the rack in place. This feature helps stabilize the heavy-duty alloy steel frame when loaded with clothing.
