Amazon Basics HDMI Splitter 1 in 2 Out for Dual Monitors, 4K@30Hz, 1080P, Mirror Only, Black
Best for: users needing identical video output on two screens
ASIN: B0BSMLC1NX
•
Brand: Amazon Basics
This HDMI splitter duplicates a single video source across two displays simultaneously at resolutions up to 4K@30Hz. It requires external USB power and forces both screens to match the resolution of the lower-performing monitor. The device is strictly for mirroring content rather than extending desktop space or switching inputs.
Key features
- HDMI splitter sends 1 source signal to 2 displays simultaneously, like from a computer to 2 TVs or monitors
- Includes an HDMI 1-in-2-out splitter, 3.3-foot USB-A to DC power cable (USB power adapter not included), and user manual
- Compatible with PC computers, laptops, DVD players, Xbox, Roku, Chromecast, and more
- Supports HDMI resolution up to 4K@30Hz and 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i, and 1080p resolutions. Does NOT support 4K@60Hz
- Mirrors same output on 2 screens; splitter does NOT provide 2 different outputs or allow for switching between 2 outputs. When connected to 2 monitors, the displayed resolution depends on the monitor with lower resolution. Adjust the resolution to the lower one

Frequently Asked Questions
Can this HDMI splitter extend my desktop to two different monitors?
No, this device only mirrors the same output on both screens simultaneously. It does not support extended desktop modes or provide two distinct video signals.
Does the package include a power adapter for the USB cable?
The product includes a 3.3-foot USB-A to DC power cable, but it does not include the USB power adapter itself. You will need to supply your own power source.
Will this splitter work with 4K@60Hz monitors?
This device supports HDMI resolutions up to 4K@30Hz and does not support 4K@60Hz. If you require 60Hz refresh rates, this model is not compatible.
How is the resolution determined when connecting two monitors with different capabilities?
The displayed resolution depends on the monitor with the lower resolution capability. You must adjust your source device's output to match the lower resolution of the two connected displays.

How often this price moves
We check this product on every sync and record whether the price went up, down, or held. Not how much: only which way.
This price has not moved once in 5 checks. Amazon has held it steady for the whole time we have been watching.

2026-10-16 → 2026-10-20How this is measured
Each bar is one sync, oldest on the left. Bars show direction only, never amount, and all are the same height for that reason: we record whether a price changed, not what it was. A move under 1% counts as held. We do not keep price history, by design. See our pricing data for the method.
